This page is considered an addendum to the main CNYRadio.com Privacy Policy. If you haven't already reviewed that page, please do so in addition to reading this page, before you contribute in any way to this wiki.

Casual/Anonymous Visitors

As noted on the Main Page, anyone can view the wiki freely. You do not need to login to view the wiki.

If you do not login to the wiki, you will notice your IP number appears at the top of the screen. This is just a default setting of the wiki software. Since anonymous page-editing is not permitted on this wiki, there's nothing a casual visitor can do that would trigger their IP address being saved by the wiki or displayed to any other user (even CNYRadio.com management).

CNYRadio.com Subscribers

If you have a free subscriber account and you choose to login to the wiki, your CNYRadio.com username will appear on the User List. Your username will also appear on the changelog for ANY page you edit -- even if you only change one tiny letter.

In either case, any user will then be able to click on your username to read your personal user page. By default, your personal user page is blank. If you choose to create a personal profile page for yourself, the contents will be viewable by anyone -- even anonymous visitors.

Any information you provided when you signed up for your CNYRadio.com Subscriber Account (e-mail address, IM screen name, etc.) is NOT included in the Wiki. It is part of the main site, where your personal profile can only be viewed by you and the site management.
