Sam Donaldson stops by Clear Channel studios

October 17, 2001 by Scott Jameson

ABC newsman Sam Donaldson made an in-studio appearance yesterday on Dakota's morning show on Hot 107-9.

Donaldson, who discussed the events of September 11 and the recent anthrax incidents, was in town to host a Salvation Army event at the OnCenter. He also used Clear Channel's production studios to broadcast his daily national sydicated radio program.

Y94FM's Kathy Rowe commented on the air that she had bumped into Donaldson in the hallway and that in person he was "shorter and better looking" than on television.
