SportsRadio 620 (WHEN) will carry Westwood One’s regional feed of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament. That makes yet another radio station which listeners can listen to the Syracuse University Orangemen in action during the post season.WHEN kicks off their coverage this morning at 10 a.m. with a local pre-game show hosted by Joe Galuski. The Orangemen take on Manhattan at 12:15 p.m. 95X (WAQX), ESPN 1260 (WNSS), and Jazz 88 (WAER) also have rights to broadcast the game.
