Y94FM and Galaxy get spring book boost

In Arbitron numbers released today for the Syracuse radio market, Y94FM (WYYY) and Lite 105.5 (WLTI) both clocked in with the best ratings either station has seen in over two years. Y94FM had the biggest jump of all the Syracuse stations with a 1.5 increase, which helped move them from 7th to 5th in market rank.All of Galaxy Communications' stations moved up with K-Rock gaining 1.2 ratings points.

At the top of the rankings, market leader B104.7 (WBBS) dropped 1.3 ratings points, 570 WSYR lost 1.6 points and slipped to third place, while 93Q (WNTQ) dropped .3 ratings points but managed to move up to second place.

Numbers are for listeners 12+ in all dayparts and do not necessarily reflect rankings in key sales demographics.
