WIBX AM 950 is losing its news director and morning anchor. Scott Carr, who also served as the station’s program director, is relocating with his family to the Raleigh-Durham area.
Carr’s Utica-Rome radio career includes stints on Bill Keeler’s Rock 107 (WRCK) morning show, overnights on Lite 98.7 (WLZW) in the mid ’90s, and middays/music director duties at the now-defunct KG 104 (WKGW).
