Tom Joyner returns to Power 106.9 October 1st, 2003 The shift in format to urban adult contemporary at Power 106.9 (WPHR) also includes a new morning show. The syndicated Tom Joyner Show is returning to the station’s morning drive slot. Joyner’s show was replaced by Doug Banks last year.
