WSYR nabs NAB Crystal Award

The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) awarded 570 WSYR a Crystal Award at the group’s radio luncheon held yesterday in Las Vegas.

WSYR was one of ten stations nationwide recognized for their outstanding year-round community service efforts. Jim Lerch, WSYR’s program director, was on hand to accept the award.

This is the second Crystal Award for WSYR; the first was awarded to the station in 1996.
