Kiss-FM Adds 2 Sunday Night Mix Shows

June 30, 2009 by

UTICA-ROME -- Roser Communications Network's KISS-FM (WSKS/WSKU) announced plans to launch two new locally-produced mix shows which will air on Sunday nights.  They'll be produced by The Mov.Em.Ent, a local entertainment and promotion company.

The 5-hour block will begin with "KISS Rewind" from 7-9pm.  It will feature "the top pop & hip-hop songs from the last 3 decades in a mix show format," according to station management.

That's followed by "The Mov.Em.Ent 'til Midnight," where the focus shifts to current hits, "including originals, remixes, & mash-ups."

Both shows are produced by The Mov.Em.Ent's DJay 360 and Your Boy S-Dot, with S-Dot hosting.  If the name sounds familiar, yes, it's the same S-Dot who's been part of the KISS-FM talent lineup since 2005.  The duo and a third partner founded The Mov.Em.Ent together in 2006.

“This area has been craving some old school and great club remixes for a long time and we want to fill that void on the radio. I am confident that the Mov.Em.Ent will produce a great show that Central New Yorkers will love,” says Grant Roser, General Sales Manager.
