Good news for Central New York country music fans who enjoy hearing Bob Kingsley's weekly countdowns -- the host's contract has been renewed through 2014.
"Country Top 40" can be heard in Syracuse on B104.7 (WBBS), Utica's Big Frog 104 (WFRG) and its former sister station in Watertown, Froggy 97 (WFRY).
The show, originally syndicated by Jones Radio Networks, was among the survivors when Dial Global took over Jones last fall. According to this morning's edition of Taylor on Radio-Info, the show is cleared by 350 stations, with an estimated 11 million listeners every weekend.
