GREENWICH, CT -- Townsquare Media, the owner of four Utica-Rome radio stations, announced today the addition of five new corporate-level managers and the retirement of one senior VP.
A corporate press release issued today names two new Senior Vice Presidents, including one specifically charged with the tasks of "Business Development and Mergers and Acquisitions." Another three people have been named Vice Presidents of various departments.
Senior VP of Operations, John King, is retiring after a 39-year-long career in radio, effective tomorrow.
The changes don't appear to have any immediate impact on operations or staffing at the former Regent cluster sitting near the State Thruway in Marcy. The press release did not mention any specific goals or objectives assigned to the new managers.
