SYRACUSE -- Two multi-media journalists are leaving CNY Central within the near future. Multi-media journalists Caitlin Nuclo and Chris McGrath have also served as producers and anchors during their time at the combined facilities of NBC3 (WSTM), CBS5 (WTVH) and CW6 (WSTQ-LP).
The departures were announced on the Syracuse Press Club website this morning.
Nuclo isn't going far -- she has accepted a similar position a few miles away at ABC affiliate NewsChannel 9 (WSYR-TV). The club says McGrath has accepted a reporter position with the ABC affiliate in West Palm Beach, Florida. McGrath was one of two winners of the press club's "Newcomer Award" earlier this month.
Both start their new jobs on June 11.
Their departures means CNY Central is looking to hire two new MMJs. The job posting is on the CNY Central website.
