Cayuga Radio Group offers paid summer internship

ITHACA -- Know any students considering a career in radio?  The Cayuga Radio Group and the New York State Broadcasters Association are teaming up to offer a paid internship at the cluster this summer.  The cluster, owned by Saga Communications, is now accepting applications.

Organizers say they're willing to consider applicants interested in broadcasting, programming, promotions, marketing, or any combination of the above.  Applicants must be between the ages of 17 and 22.  To apply, just write a letter describing why you'd like to work at the Cayuga Radio Group this summer.

The Cayuga Radio Group consists of 870AM/95.9FM (W240CB) News Talk WHCU, Progressive Talk 1470AM WNYY, Classic Rock I-100 WIII-FM, Q Country 103.7FM WQNY, HITS 103.3FM (W277BS), 98.7 FM The Vine (W254BF), and Lite Rock 97.3 FM (WYXL).
