WXXC 88.7 FM in Truxton has filed a petition with the Federal Communications Commission to reinstate their construction permit. The Syracuse Community Radio station’s CP was revoked due to allegations that the group misled the FCC by filing for a license despite the fact that the station itself was still under construction.
