Mary Ann Hartley leaves WIBX

WIBX AM 950 news anchor Mary Ann Hartley is leaving radio for a position with the city of Utica.

Hartley will work as a floating secretary in a variety of departments, including urban and economic development, codes, information technology and the mayor’s office.
