SYRACUSE — Following up on CEO Ed Levine’s retirement announcement earlier this year, his Galaxy Media is reportedly selling all of its radio stations to Albany-based Pamal Broadcasting. The sale is pending FCC approval, but reports say Pamal will take over day-to-day operations tomorrow.
