SYRACUSE -- The Storm Team at NewsChannel 9 (WSYR-TV) will return to "full strength" by the end of the month. Kate Thornton will be moving up I-81 from Binghamton to handle the ABC affiliate's weekend newscasts and to fill-in on other newscasts as needed.
