WRVO Tops Public Stations in Spring 2012 Arbitron Ratings July 25th, 2012 OSWEGO — NPR affiliate WRVO, with help from its various repeater stations across the region, appears to be the leader among public radio stations in the Syracuse and Utica-Rome markets. Radio Research Consortium released the numbers this week.
