UTICA/ROME -- Joe Graziano, a Mohawk Valley radio fixture whose career spanned more than half a century, passed away on Friday at the age of 74. During the last several years of his career, Graziano hosted the Cuppa Joe Show on at least three different radio stations.
CINCINNATI -- Regent Communications, the owner of four Utica-Rome radio stations, is once again facing the prospect of being dropped from the Nasdaq Stock Market. The company has struggled for more than a year to bring its stock price above Nasdaq's standard minimum of $1.00 per share.

About 300 country stations nationwide -- including three in Central New York -- are hunting for new programming to fill their weekend schedules after Premiere Radio Networks cancelled the long-running "Jeff Foxworthy Countdown" today.
UTICA-ROME -- At least three people were pinkslipped from the on-air lineup at Regent's Oldiez 96 (WODZ) today... but Regent had no control over the changes. The decision was made by Citadel Media, who supplies the station's syndicated "Classic Hits" satellite feed outside of morning drive.
