Galaxy owner Ed Levine says without a decision by SU at this point, Galaxy wouldn't have enough time to put together an effective advertising and promotional campaign.

Galaxy Communications has named Mimi Griswold as the group's vice president of programming for Galaxy stations in Syracuse, Utica, and Albany.
