Homegrown Radio Show to sponsor Dean benefit

Daniel Dunn, Eric Will, and the rest of the Homegrown Radio Show crew are sponsoring a fundraiser this Sunday to help defray medical expenses for Syracuse blues legend Roosevelt Dean, who was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year.

The eight-hour event, which gets underway at noon on Sunday, October 28, at Damon's Restaurant in Cicero, will feature live performances by Joe Whiting with Mark Doyle, Tom Townsley & The Backsliders, Southern Comfort Band, Los Blancos,and Dunes & The Del Tunes among others. The Homegrown Radio Show can be heard on Sunday nights from 8-10 p.m. on TK-99/105.
