Utica's Big Frog 104 does some shuffling of its on-air lineup. Bullfrog moves from morning sidekick to afternoons while Lisa Webber jumps in as Matt Herkimer's new morning show co-host as of this week. Webber (Lisa Reily), most recently on the air at 107.7 WGNA in Albany, will also handle information update duties and the Hot News from Nashville segments.
