There are some changes in the on-air lineup at Cram Communications Hot AC MOViN 100.3/96.5 (WOLF-FM/WWLF-FM). Original morning show co-host Heather Dee is back, alongside Skip Clark. UPDATED 11/12 with info on what happened to Jessica and Jeremy.
Dee was morning co-host alongside Nick Caplan when the station first launched in 2006. She left a short time later, "for a new opportunity," says the MOViN 100 homepage, which goes on to say, "she is back and joins radio veteran Skip Clark to bring Syracuse mornings back to life."
Observant CNYRadio.com readers (and MOViN listeners) noticed there's been no mention about what happened to former morning co-host Jessica Rolince.
Another reader says morning producer Jeremy Pilot was absent from Monday morning's broadcast. When we clicked a link to the morning show's Myspace page early Tuesday morning, a picture of Clark, Rolince and Pilot was prominently displayed at the top of the page.
NEW: On Tuesday morning, someone from the MOViN programming department informed us that Rolince and Pilot are still on the staff in a part-time capacity, meaning you'll hear them during other various times of the day. Additionally, we're told "The Single Guy," formerly heard on the morning show at 93Q (WNTQ), will now be dropping in to visit with Skip and Heather on the MOViN morning show every Thursday.
Thanks to the CNYRadio.com readers who alerted us to these changes. Because we do have "real" jobs and a small staff, we can't always catch everything in every market immediately. Your tips -- even anonymously -- are very much appreciated in helping us to help the rest of CNY stay updated on what's new on the local radio scene.
