SYRACUSE -- For the second time in a single season, Perry Noun's golf talk show, Tee Time with the Pronoun, is changing stations again. After starting the 2011 season on ESPN Radio 97.7/100.7 (WTLA/WSGO/W249BC/W261AC), the Saturday morning program will be cut in half and moved back to the AM dial, to Cumulus Media's The Score 1260 (WSKO).
According to a report which appeared on syracuse.com this morning, Tee Time will air on WSKO on Saturdays from 6-7am, leading into WSKO's existing Wake Up Call with Dan Tortora. WSKO will carry the show through at least the end of this golf season, with the final show scheduled for November 12.
No word yet on 2012, but Cumulus Media Ops Manager Tom Mitchell tells syracuse.com he doesn't expect Cumulus (which just acquired former WSKO owner Citadel last week) to make any major changes to the station's format.
For nearly ten years, Tee Time with the Pronoun aired on the former SportsRadio 620 WHEN. Last winter, a series of format changes at Clear Channel resulted in WHEN's sports talk format being eliminated. Although Tee Time found a new home on ESPN Radio in March, the syracuse.com report says Noun's arrangement with Galaxy Communications ended two weeks ago.
