SYRACUSE -- Not long after Amanda Hull announced her exit from morning anchoring at CNY Central, longtime Spectrum News anchor Brad Vivacqua announced his own exit from TV. Now we know the pair are headed for new jobs with the same employer, and how much they'll be making.
Both are going to work for the Syracuse City School District, in what's described by syracuse.com as an "effort to improve [the] public image" of the district.
According to a staff appointment list included with the agenda for a January 10 school board business meeting, Hull and Vivacqua will each earn $144,200 per year. The document lists a January 11 start date for Hull as Director of Media. Vivacqua will hold the title of Director of Communications as of January 16.
