AllAccess.com is reporting that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is fining Roser Communications $8,800 for Emergency Alert System (EAS) violations at Bug Country (WBGK/WBUG-AM/FM) in Utica. The fine was lowered from $11,000 upon review of the stations’ prior history of compliance.
