ITHACA/CORTLAND -- There have been recent some personnel changes at ROI Broadcasting's Z95.5 (WFIZ). Former morning host Birdman exits the station, PD "Corey at Night" becomes just "Corey" as he moves to morning drive, and the station hires "Nikii" to co-host mornings. But that's not all.
OSWEGO -- Dave Bullard is back on the airwaves as the new Senior News Reporter/Producer at the WRVO Stations. He posted the news on his Facebook page last week, he started at the NPR affiliate on Monday and his first story aired today.

ITHACA/CORTLAND -- A construction permit for a new AM radio station licensed to Lansing/South Hill is included among more than a dozen new signals up for bids in the FCC's upcoming Auction 88. The CP will allow the future station to broadcast at 750 kHz and there are two bidders.
