SYRACUSE -- New Country WOLF 105.1/96.7 (WOLF-FM/WLLF-FM) has added the syndicated Music City Saturday Night to its programming schedule. The news was announced today on AllAccess.com.
SYRACUSE -- According to New Country WOLF 105.1's Facebook page, Chili Palmer has been hired for middays. The name was mentioned in a status update at about 8:00pm Monday, but no bio or other details have been posted on the station website as of this writing (8:10pm).
SYRACUSE -- The long-anticipated debut of on-air personalities at New Country WOLF(-FM) 105.1 and 96.7 (WLLF-FM) happens today. According to an email blast sent out to listeners late last night, the station will begin airing the syndicated "Big D & Bubba" show this morning.

SYRACUSE -- You can expect to hear some new imaging on two Foxfur Communications stations. MOViN 100.3/96.5 (WMVU/WMVN) and New Country WOLF 105.1 have both signed on with Arkansas-based JJ Ryan Audio Productions. Ryan, also an air talent in that state, has ties to Central New York.

SYRACUSE -- The stunting that started late last night on 105.1FM is over. Say hello to new country station "Wolf 105-1." The station's launch at 4pm Friday ends the unofficial "market exclusive" enjoyed over the last few years by Clear Channel's B104.7 (WBBS).
Thanks to an observant CNYRadio.com reader for pointing this out -- XM Radio's "Sonic Sound Salutes" show will spend five hours paying tribute to WOLF in its days as a Top 40 station. The five-hour show begins this afternoon (Friday) at 4:00, on XM's "60s" channel.
