UTICA-ROME -- Townsquare Media's 100,000-watt country blowtorch Big Frog 104 (WFRG) has once again claimed the top spot in Nielsen's semi-annual audience estimates for the market. At first glance, Townsquare's entire cluster appears to have swept the entire market.

UTICA-ROME -- No big surprises in the latest Utica-Rome radio audience estimates released by Nielsen. As usual, Townsquare Media's entire cluster enjoys a solid lock over the rest of the market -- at least among those stations Nielsen includes in the publicly-available numbers.
SYRACUSE -- Many wondered how Rush Limbaugh's death earlier this year might impact talk radio. But it doesn't seem to be an issue for Newsradio 570 & 106.9 WSYR. For the second Nielsen ratings report in a row, the iHeart news/talker has bested its sister station, former longtime market leader, B104.7 (WBBS).
UTICA/ROME -- Townsquare Media's 5-station cluster takes the top 5 spots in the publicly-available Spring 2021 ratings released this week by The Nielsen Company. As usual, country Big Frog 104 (WFRG) leads the way, with more than double the Persons 12+ audience of #2-ranked Lite 98.7 (WLZW).
UTICA-ROME -- There's no question Central New Yorkers love their country music. Two days after Nielsen Audio revealed B104.7 (WBBS) was tops in the ratings in Syracuse, the company says Big Frog 104 (WFRG) has the largest audience among all the radio stations in the Utica-Rome market.
SYRACUSE -- Despite losing more than two whole ratings points, Clear Channel country station B104.7 (WBBS) retained the the top spot in the latest audience estimates for the Syracuse radio market. Nielsen Audio just released its numbers from the Fall 2013 survey period.
SYRACUSE -- No major surprises at the very top of the latest radio ratings released by Nielsen Audio... but plenty of movement among stations on the rest of the chart. Nielsen Audio, formerly Arbitron, released its Summer 2013 radio audience estimates this week.
NEW YORK CITY -- According to press releases issued by both companies, television ratings giant Nielsen "has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Arbitron," the leader in radio ratings data.
SYRACUSE and UTICA -- Market rankings for the 2012-2013 television season have been announced by Nielsen, the company that measures TV viewership nationwide. Nielsen says both markets have fewer viewers, but both are maintaining last year's rankings.
