Rich Lauber, who was part of B104.7's sign-on as a country station ten years ago, will take over the role of Program Director vacated by Rick Jordan, who left earlier this month for a station in Portland, Maine. Lauber, Operations Director at the Clear Channel cluster of stations in Syracuse, also oversees programming at Y94FM.
