UTICA/ROME - Former Rock 107 (WRCK) personality Michael Hotaling, known on-air as Lee Michaels, and later "Ug-Lee," passed away last month at the age of 64.
This unfortunate news comes by way of the Rock 107 WRCK Tribute page on Facebook, which shared the obituary last night, followed by the photo which accompanies this story, along with a link to some of Hotaling's work on-air from 1984:
According to to obituary, Hotsling died on October 23 following a long illness.
After leaving radio, Hotaling "returned to the Capital District [and] he worked for Huck Finn's Warehouse in inventory control management for many years," pet the obituary.
Hotaling was survived by his mother and his sister. Funeral arrangements were private.
