SYRACUSE — Fans of the classic fare carried by “Me-TV” were pretty excited to learn, back in July, that WSYR digital subchannel 9.2 would become an affiliate of the network… starting today.  But today, WSYR announced the addition of Me-TV has been postponed until sometime next month.

SYRACUSE and UTICA — Market rankings for the 2012-2013 television season have been announced by Nielsen, the company that measures TV viewership nationwide.  Nielsen says both markets have fewer viewers, but both are maintaining last year’s rankings.
