Citadel Syracuse operations manager Tom Mitchell has added consulting duties for Binghamton's WYOS (soon to be WWYL) as it switches from Oldies to Top 40. Syracuse radio veteran Tom 'Sawyer' Soccocio, Jr., is on the move. Upon selling his Better Music Co., LLC, Tom recently rolled out his Voiceover and Production Services, www.voiceoverny.com. Sawyer also became an account manager at Citadel's 93Q/Lite 105.9 earlier this month.
For the first time in several years, B104.7 (WBBS) is not alone at the top of the Arbitron ratings for Syracuse. In 12+ numbers for the fall quarter, B104.7 shares it's familiar number one ranking with fellow Clear Channel station 570 WSYR.
