Where are they now: Promotion for former WTVH news director Loren Tobia

STATE COLLEGE, PA -- Congratulations are in order for Loren Tobia, former news director at Syracuse CBS affiliate WTVH (1998 to 2005).  After WTVH, Tobia went to work in sales for AccuWeather, and this past week, he was promoted to Executive Director of Sales for the company's Display Systems and Services division.

WTVH transmitter back in service after outage from Sunday
