570 WSYR weekend talk show host George Kilpatrick plans to "push the envelope" of local public television with his new show Access with George Kilpatrick. In the series, which airs Wednesdays at 11 p.m. on WCNY TV 24, Kilpatrick hopes to give voice to those with "strong opinions on often controversial topics."Kilpatrick is WCNY's director of community affairs and co-host of the station's weekday talk show Hour CNY.
