Pat Kelly, afternoon drive guy at Utica's 107 WRCK, is packing his bags and heading down the Thruway to Albany for new digs at the Galaxy group of stations there. Kelly takes over the afternoon drive slot on WRCZ FM as well as production director duties for all of the stations in the Albany cluster.
