Buckley Radio president Rick Buckley will be honored by the Broadcaster's Foundation with a 2003 Broadcast Pioneer Award to be presented at an April ceremony in Las Vegas. Buckley Radio, based in Connecticut, owns 18 radio stations nationwide including Oldies 92.1 (WSEN) and TalkRadio 1050 (WFBL) in Syracuse, and the WOR Radio Network. Rick Buckley has served as the company's president for 31 years.
