Five years to the day after their first date, Y94FM's Kathy Rowe and M&T Jazz Fest executive director Frank Malfitano will tie the knot in Las Vegas on April 4. The couple had entertained the thought of getting hitched live on stage at this year's Jazz Fest but opted not to turn the personal event into a sideshow.
