Newsradio 570 WSYR is once again picking up the leave-behinds from WFBL's abandoned news/talk format. The station is airing promos stating it will begin carrying Laura Ingraham on Sunday afternoons, starting May 4.
According to the Program Schedule page on WSYR's website, Ingraham's show will run from 2-5pm. (Even though the debut is still 2 weeks away, the show currently occupying that slot has already been removed.) The station also has a Laura Ingraham bio page already posted on the website.
This is the second show Clear Channel's WSYR has picked up from Buckley's WFBL, which recently switched from news/talk to oldies music. Earlier this month, WSYR started carrying The Savage Nation weeknights.
I personally prefer Glenn Beck to Laura Ingraham, but both are excellent shows. So it was nice to have the alternative in the past. People looking for her live might try to see if they can pull in WIBX 950AM out of Utica.
Hi,
I'm new to this website and I don't know much about radio other than turning the thing on!
I am suffering a bit from withdrawl from the Laura Ingraham radio show. Can anyone tell me how I might be able to pull in the station from Utica? Is there some device I can buy that will amplify the signal for me?
THANKS!!
