Clear Channel Changes Result in Syracuse Promotions

SYRACUSE — Clear Channel has announced management structure changes for dozens of markets across the country.  According to Radio-Info.com, those changes have Syracuse GM Joel Delmonico becoming the “Regional Market Manager” for Syracuse and Binghamton, while Syracuse OM Rich Lauber is now “Regional Programming Manager” for both markets.  Clear Channel owns six stations in each market.
