SYRACUSE -- It's the perfect blend for lovers of jazz and Christmas music. Starting tomorrow at noon, WCNY-FM will be offering continuous holiday jazz on its HD3 channels in Syracuse, Utica and Watertown. If you don't have an HD Radio receiver, no worries -- you can still "tune in" online.
WCNY Director of Radio Peter McElvein reminds us that WCNY-HD3 is available on 91.3-HD3 in Syracuse, 89.5-HD3 in Utica, and 90.9-HD3 in Watertown. If you don't have an HD Radio, or if you're in an area where reception is troublesome, you can listen on the WCNY website. If you find the "free" stream to be unavailable or below your expectations, you can become member of WCNY to gain access to a higher-quality stream.
Our thanks to Peter McElvein for providing this update from his station. Anytime there's news at your local radio or TV station, we'd love to hear from you! Send those news items to cnyradio@cnyradio.com or use the handy form at cnyradio.com/contact.
