SYRACUSE – Longtime local broadcaster Rick Gary is no longer be working in the studio that bears his name at Sunny 102 (WZUN). Station owner Galaxy Media Partners announced his departure today.

SYRACUSE/UTICA — Longtime central New York radio and TV personality Rick Gary is among six people who are to be inducted to the New York State Broadcasters’ Association Hall of Fame during a ceremony next month in New York City.

SYRACUSE – For the first time in more than 20 years, Rick Gary is back to just doing radio, and nothing else.  Today was his last day co-hosting “Bridge Street” on local ABC affiliate NewsChannel 9 (WSYR-TV).
