In Arbitron monthly trend numbers released yesterday, Oldies 92.1 picked up 1.3 ratings points to bring them into a tie with 570 WSYR for fifth place in 12+ overall numbers. WSYR slipped 1.2 points. Pat Kelly, afternoon drive guy at Utica's 107 WRCK, is packing his bags and heading down the Thruway to Albany for new digs at the Galaxy group of stations there. Kelly takes over the afternoon drive slot on WRCZ FM as well as production director duties for all of the stations in the Albany cluster.
