ALBANY -- The New York State Associated Press Broadcasters Association has named finalists for its 2011 radio and TV awards. NYSAPBA will reveal first place winners and "special mention" winners at its annual awards banquet in June. SYRACUSE -- She has appeared on other local TV stations and in various local print publications. Starting this weekend, Julie Taboulie will have her very own weekly program to share her favorite Lebanese and Middle Eastern recipes.
