Laura Ingraham's syndicator, Talk Radio Network, tells affiliates she will be back on the air by Monday... after a long absence which -- according to national radio columnist Tom Taylor -- angered many affiliates.  Ingraham's show is carried in Syracuse, Utica and Watertown.
