ABC Radio Becomes Citadel Media April 2nd, 2009 NEW YORK CITY — Effective today, ABC Radio Networks is history. Owner Citadel Broadcasting, who acquired the network and 22 radio stations from Disney in 2007, has renamed the network “Citadel Media.”
