Nearly every radio station in the Utica-Rome market was there, so we put everyone's name in a hat and KISS-FM came out as the station to represent the Boilermaker in this installment of the Picture of the Week.
UTICA - Former ClearChannel "Sports Stars" stations WUTQ (1550AM) and WADR (1480AM) have flipped to a new "Beautiful Music" format, under its new owner, Roser Communications.
