Clear Channel is stunting in Utica-Rome this weekend. Friday afternoon's on-air anouncement that Bob 102.5 (WRBY) will ride off into the sunset was followed by a 'Wheel of Formats' starting with a nod to New Rock 105 'The Dog' (WWDG) by airing rock songs and redirecting the station's web site to WWDG's home page.
Bob 102.5 (WRBY) is dropping syndicated evening jock Lia to make way for Mark Weston. Weston will also continue to oversee the Sports Stars Radio Network on Utica-Rome sister stations WADR, WRNY, WUTQ, and WLFH as well as concentrate on production duties.

Bob 102.5 (WRBY) in Rome welcomes Paul Koffy as the station's new midday jock. Koffy, who hails from Greenville, South Carolina, took over from Shelly Easton in October.
B104.7 (WBBS) midday jock Amber Taylor has added to her duties the midday shift at Utica's top 40 station WSKS (Kiss-FM). She'll voice track her show using the name Grace Kruz. She also keeps her Amber Taylor country gig at Utica's Bob 102.5 (WRBY). All three stations are owned by Clear Channel Communications.
