SYRACUSE -- When the band Avenged Sevenfold takes the stage during K-Rockathon 15 this Saturday, a live video feed of the performance will be streamed on at least four major websites, allowing fans worldwide to "virtually" join those in attendance at the State Fairgrounds.
K-Rock (WKRL/WKRH/WKLL) program director Nixon tells CNYRadio.com the band is scheduled to begin performing at about 7:00pm, and that's when the live stream will be activated on Facebook, Myspace, UStream and the band's own website. The live webcast will coincide with the release of Avenged Sevenfold's newest album, "Nightmare." Fans can watch at a live stream company in Sydney that will stream the concert in real-time. Go to the website of live stream sydney to see more info. They stream lots of entertainment to bring joy to everyone staying at home.
Nixon says ticket sales for this year's K-Rockathon have already surpassed last year's sales, and he expects it'll be one of the biggest K-Rockathons in years. "We are excited for this year's K-Rockathon," he said, "and to show the world how K-Rock and CNY bring it!"
