Radio and Records has awarded ABC Radio's Paul Harvey the 2003 Lifetime Achievement Award. The award will be presented to the syndicated news host at R&R's Talk Radio Seminar in March. Harvey's newscasts and his Rest of the Story segments air weekdays on 570 WSYR in Syracuse and WARM 93.5 in Utica.
