CNY Radio shifts gears

Doug Logan sues WSYR

Syracuse sports broadcaster Doug Logan says Clear Channel Communcations owes him $32,562, plus interest, and he's taking them to court to collect it.

The suit, filed in state Supreme Court, claims he was never paid the amount as part of a five-year contract he signed with WSYR in February 1999. Logan's deal called for WSYR to pay him $100,000 a year for his work as the 'Voice of the Orange' with 5% incremental increases each year. He claims he never received the increases after the second year of the deal.
